A representative from MN will contact you to finalize your application. This process can take approximately four weeks, but MN will handle all the formalities. Once the application is complete, the transfer will take place on the first day of the following quarter. Legally, a change of health insurance fund can only take place on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st or October 1st.
