What is la Mutualité Socialiste du Luxembourg?
La Mutualité Socialiste du Luxembourg (MSLUX) is a Belgian mutual health insurance fund that ensures the legal reimbursement of medical expenses for its members, and offers additional benefits to members to strengthen their protection and well-being.

MSLUX has its roots in the early 20th century. Since its inception, the fund has developed around the values of solidarity, social justice and mutual support, and it has gradually joined various local socialist entities to form a unified structure serving the inhabitants of the province of Luxembourg. Today, MSLUXhas almost 87,000 members.
La Mutualité Socialiste du Luxembourg is committed to socialist values: solidarity, social justice, and inclusion. It promotes a model of a society based on solidarity and accessible to all, and it is dedicated to supporting its members in their daily lives and their health.
Benefits reserved for members
In addition to the organisation of reimbursements and statutory benefits, particularly in cases of incapacity for work, pregnancy, or other situations covered by mandatory health insurance, members of MSLUX benefit from a range of additional advantages. These include reimbursements for glasses, contact lenses, psychological support, and benefits related to childbirth….
Insurances
MSLUX also offers optional insurance, such as hospitalisation insurance and dental insurance.
Hospitalisation insurance offered by MSLUX is called Hospimut. It offers coverage for hospital stays in a shared room and can be supplemented by the Hospi plan, which adds coverage for outpatient expenses. The plan also includes additional coverage to protect against high costs in the event of serious illness. The fund also offers extra dental insurance called Optio Dentis.
Online
The online portal of La Mutualité Socialiste du Luxembourg is called my e-MUT, same as Solidaris in the rest of Wallonia. E-MUT's functionalities include:

- Application for a European Travel Insurance Card (EHIC)
- Request for stickers
- Communication with the mutual insurance company
- Adjusting your personal data and preferences
- Using or downloading the isi+ map
