An LM-ML employee will then contact you to finalize your file. This can take up to four weeks, but LM-ML will handle everything. Once your file is finalized, the actual switch can take place on the first day of the following trimester. Legally, there are only four dates on which the actual switch to the LM-ML health insurance fund can take place: January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1.
