Dental care

Dental prosthetics & implants

10% of the cost above €200
Max. €1,200 per 2 years

MUTPLUS reimburses 10% of the total cost of dental care not covered by mandatory health insurance above €200, up to a maximum of €1,200 per two-year period.

Reimbursement applies to all dental prostheses, bridges, dental implants, crowns, extractions, braces, veneers, inlays, and onlays.

Treatment & guidance

Speech therapy

€10 per consultation (max. 100 sessions per 3 years)

MUTPLUS provides a reimbursement of €10 per session, with a maximum of 100 sessions per 3 years.

LM provides a reimbursement if your statutory health insurance does not cover your treatment.

Birth

Breastfeeding allowance

Max. €375 (€250 after 2 months, €125 after 4 months)

LM MUTPLUS offers breastfeeding mothers a premium of 250 euros after 2 months of breastfeeding and an additional premium of 125 euros after 4 months of breastfeeding. In total, an incentive of 375 euros.

In the event of a multiple birth, this premium is paid out for each child who is breastfed.

Care & hospital

Short stay residential care home

Max. €420 per year

MUTPLUS reimburses a maximum of €20 per night, up to 21 nights per calendar year, for expenses related to a short stay in a recognized facility.

- You have undergone surgery with hospitalization or hospitalization with overnight stays.
- You have been hospitalized with an overnight stay.
- You are temporarily unable to remain at home due to the temporary absence of your primary caregiver or in order to support your primary caregiver.
- You have been unable to carry out your normal activities for an uninterrupted period of at least 60 days (provided this period is justified by a certificate from your attending physician or by bioclinical and/or radiological pathological examinations).

The short stay cannot be a transitional period before permanent placement in a nursing and care facility

Homecare

Max. €60 per year

LM provides compensation of €0.30 per hour worked, with a maximum of €60 per calendar year, for household help, personal care, social or moral support.
