A representative from CM will contact you to finalize your file. This can take about four weeks, but CM will handle everything. Once your file is finalized, the actual transfer can take place on the first day of the following trimester. Legally, there are only four dates on which the actual transfer to CM health insurance can take place: January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1.
