Dental prosthetics & implants

40% of the cost
Max. €1,050 every 2 years

Need a removable or fixed denture, such as a crown, bridge, or implant? CM reimburses 40% of the purchase and placement costs, up to €1,050. With increased reimbursement, this increases to 75%, with a maximum of €1,050.

- There is no entitlement to reimbursement from statutory health insurance.
- There is also no reimbursement application pending through the Technical Dental Council.
- Reimbursement applies to the placement of new dentures (fixed and removable) and for additions to existing removable dentures. - Reimbursement does not apply to repairs or rebasing.
- The denture must be delivered by a dentist recognized by the National Institute for Health and Disability Insurance (RIZIV). The (additional) placement will take place starting January 1, 2021.
- Reimbursement of up to €1,050 is possible every two calendar years.

Treatment & guidance

Speech therapy

€10 per consultation (max. 40 sessions <= 18 years & max. 10 sessions > 18 years)

CM reimburses €10 per session (€15 per session for members with increased reimbursement) with a maximum of 40 sessions for those up to and including 18 years of age, and 10 sessions for those aged 19 and over.

If the treatment is not reimbursed by your compulsory health insurance, you may be eligible for this CM benefit.

Mental health

Youth: max. €700 per year
Adults: max. €400 per year

For children or young people up to and including 24 years of age who are dependents or are entitled to a Growth Package, CM reimburses 50 percent of the paid fee per session, with a maximum of €35. Members with a higher reimbursement receive a 75 percent refund per session, with a maximum of €55. A maximum of 20 sessions per year.

For adults, CM reimburses €20 per session. Members with a higher reimbursement receive €30 per session. Reimbursement is limited to the actual fee paid (including VAT). A maximum of 20 sessions per year.

For both in-person and digital contacts. Treatment is provided by a certified clinical psychologist, clinical educational psychologist, psychotherapist, or clinical sexologist.

Birth

Birth allowance

€260 allowance per parent

CM offers the following upon the birth of your baby or the adoption of a child under two years old:

- an allowance of €260 per parent

or
- a Dreambaby gift voucher worth €180 + a €130 bonus

or
a 50% discount gift voucher at Goed Thuiszorgwinkel towards the purchase of a Soho stroller and a Maxi-Cosi Emerald 360 Pro car seat worth €850.

If both parents choose the gift certificate for a stroller and a car seat, you'll get them free.

A single parent will receive double the selected benefit.

Care & hospital

Short stay residential care home

Max. €420 per year

CM reimburses 50% of the costs, up to a maximum of €15 per invoiced unit, for short-term care (necessary care for dependents during a temporary stay in an institution with overnight stay).

Temporary overnight stays take place in a short-stay center or convalescent home recognized by the Flemish government, or in a facility recognized by CM. After the short stay, the dependent leaves the facility and returns home for at least seven consecutive days.

Reimbursement of a maximum of €420 per year for night care, short-stay care, and day care combined.
