If you wish to switch health insurance funds, you can do so quickly and free of charge. Our website will initiate the transition for you and your family. To switch to Partenamut, simply fill out the form you'll find via the button below.

A Partenamut representative will contact you to finalise your application. This step can take approximately four weeks, but Partenamut will handle everything. Once your application is complete, the transfer can take place on the first day of the following quarter. Legally, the transfer to Partenamut can only occur on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, or October 1st.
