Below are some examples of the additional benefits offered to MSLUX members:

Dental care

Orthodontics

100% of patient’s contribution + max. €500

For those under 22, MSLUX provides a fixed intervention of €500 (2 packages of €250) and reimbursement of co-payments, without limit, for orthodontic treatments referred to the medical advisor before the age of 15.

A Global Medical File must be opened with your primary care physician.

Treatment & guidance

Speech therapy

Under 18 years: 100% of the personal contribution + €10 per session

For beneficiaries under 18 years old: "soins 100% remboursés" benefit reimburses 100% of the personal contribution (ticket modérateur) for speech therapy consultations covered by the compulsory health insurance, with a deductible/franchise of €30 for children over 3 years old.

Outside of INAMI reimbursement: MSLUX provides, for beneficiaries under 18 years old and for a maximum of 2 years, a reimbursement of €10 per session for speech therapy, audio-vocal rehabilitation, and psychomotor therapy.

Children & youth

Sick child care

€0 personal contribution per hour,
full reimbursement of the hourly cost

For children up to and including 12 years old, MSLUX provides full reimbursement of the hourly cost of services, for Accueil Assistance (Promemploi) services at home or in the hospital.

Birth

Birth allowance

€350 allowance per child

MSLUX grants an allowance of €350 upon the birth or adoption of a child. You must be a member of the Luxembourg Socialist Mutual Insurance Fund (MSLUX) at the time of the birth or adoption (either the parent taking the child into their care or the child themselves).

Care & hospital

Rooming-in in case of hospitalisation

Max. €450 per year

MSLUX reimburses hospital stay expenses for a relative staying with a hospitalized person. These expenses are capped at €15 per day and cover accommodation costs only. Maximum 30 days per calendar year per beneficiary.
